We received excellent service from 1st Choice. The price for the rental was very competitive. The car was also delivered sooner than expected. Throughout the order process we were kept updated with expected delivery date. On the day of delivery the driver called ahead of time say when he would arrive. Car was clean and shiny, fully charged and ready to go!

I don't normally feel compelled to write reviews, but on this occasion I felt the need to do so. All I can say is Dan is a credit to your company, always prompt in replying and goes the extra mile to answer your queries. Although the car took slightly longer than expected to arrive, this was no fault of 1st Choice Vehicle Finance of course, more the current car climate! Notwithstanding this, they kept me updated throughout. The service was superb and I couldn't fault the lease offer either, very competitive. I would not hesitate to use 1st Choice again and would recommend them to anyone looking to lease a vehicle in the UK.

I have leased many cars over the years and always try to avoid brokers and stick with main dealers where possible as I find the service on offer from a lot of brokers can be let"s say ‘variable". So I made contact with 1st Choice Vehicle finance with slight hesitancy. However, Matt was absolutely exemplary throughout and I can"t praise the service I received highly enough. Very proactive with communication at all stages of the process. I can"t think of one small gripe at all. Totally recommended.

Really impressed with the service - the vehicle I was looking for was on a long lead time but Matt suggested an alternative vehicle that was a similar spec and met my requirements that was in stock and at a good price. I also had a problem when the vehicle was delivered with a slow puncture that was only picked up the next day - despite the dealer who delivered it refusing to accept liability, 1st Choice were very proactive and helpful and were able to resolve the issue for us! Company proved to be very helpful. The original delivery date had to be changed to 2 months later which was a bit of a surprise. Nissan decided to change the model slightly hence changes required at the factory. Not a helpful company to deal with- arranged for a vehicle collection ( they are the brokers). Given the current state of the country, most in tier 4 absolutely no social distancing by the company collecting the car and no PPE. The car was being picked up from a 'Care Home'... I made this abundantly clear. 1st Choice made the arrangements for the collection. Passed the buck and took no responsibility just told me to speak to the transport company. However as 1st Choice are the brokers you would think they would at the very least take this on board and deal with this issue' Reported this to Public Health and emailed them to do the same. I have received nothing to say they have done this. Took 4 days until my test results came in. If you have to Lease, go direct to the dealerships 'as this broker' will just pass on any complaints or concerns. 'Apart from setting up the deal' im not quite sure what their role is?

The most easiest Broker to deal with by far. The price quoted was the price I paid (too many other brokers changed their prices once I had got in touch). Great communication, Matt was always available when I called and kept me up to date with progress. The online portal that carries the documents was easy to use and was easy to upload signed documents to it. The car was delivered on the said date and gave me a call the day before to arrange the time. Overall great experience. A1guys!

I ordered a stock car and went through the application process quickly. It was funded by Lex Autolease and everything went through smoothly. It took a while for the dealer to allocate a delivery slot but overall the process was 3 weeks from enquiry to delivery. The car arrived when it should have and in good condition. The delivery driver was taking COVID precautions and I'm pleased with the car.

I found 1st Choice Vehicle Finance on a comparison website. When I contacted them the price on the comparison website was the actual price I could have the vehicle for (unlike many leasing companies where the price is always higher than initial quote). From that point forward everything was really easy, everything was emailed to me to sign and the car was delivered on the specific date I requested.

The 1st choice team were outstanding. We were let down by a competitior who "ordered" our vehcile and then hiked the price by 22% before delivery. We came to 1st choice with exact requirements and they delivered perfectly. They even managed to get a car within a few weeks as a cancelled order with items for a fraction of the cost. What could they have done better? Nothing really. I tried to think about this but nothing. Communication was very good and felt looked after. We are pleased with our commercial lease for a Nissan Leaf :) Thanks to all the team

Initial contact for quote was dealt with quickly and professionally, the quote I received was comprehensive, 2 sheets of a4 paper listing all details and what was included in deal. Compared to other lease companies who would just quote a monthly figure without expanding on the detail. My delivery was delayed due to Covid 19 lockdown, however communication was excellent during this time and delivery was organised as soon as restrictions lifted.
