Our Service
Rivervale Cars Limited t/a 1st Choice Vehicle Finance is a credit broker (not a lender) and will assist you to find the most appropriate vehicle leasing products and services that match your requirements and will process any order that you make with us.
This agreement is separate to and not connected to any lease agreement you may enter into.
We cannot accept any responsibility for any losses incurred by you arising out of the contract between you and the finance company and purported arrangements relating to the supply of any vehicle save to the extent that such loss is caused by our negligent act or omission
Our Fees
By entering into this agreement you agree to pay 1st Choice Vehicle Finance an administration fee of £0.00 including VAT and you agree that full cleared payment will be made by cheque or bank transfer prior to delivery of your vehicle.
We introduce business to a carefully selected limited panel of lenders, who may pay us for introducing you to them.
Right to Cancel (consumer only)
These rights only apply if you are, in relation to your agreement, acting for purposes which are wholly or mainly outside any trade, business craft or profession you may carry on and, for the purpose of your agreement, you have not met and do not meet us or anyone acting on our behalf in person before your agreement is made.
You will have the right, without giving any reason, to cancel this agreement at any time during the period beginning on the day your agreement is signed and ending at the end of 14 days after the date on which your agreement is entered into (the “cancellation period”).
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your agreement by a clear statement (e.g. email or a letter sent by post to the address above).
Effect of Cancellation (consumer only)
If you cancel this agreement within the 14 day cancellation period we will reimburse to you all payments received from you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed of your decision to cancel your agreement
If you wish to cancel this agreement after the expiry of the initial 14 day cancellation period then you will be liable to pay a cancellation fee of £360 INC VAT.
Cancellation (business customer)
If you wish to cancel this agreement after signing a vehicle order form then you will be liable to pay a cancellation fee of £300+VAT

Exclusions & Limitations
Our performance under this agreement will be excused if we are unable to perform due to cause beyond our reasonable control. Your statutory rights, including any rights you have as a consumer, are not affected by anything in this agreement.
